DO A FREAKIN STRICT PULL UP- 1 strict ring dip
- 80 linked Double Unders (current PR is 60)
1k row in under 4:45 (no clue what my current PR is, somewhere around 5:00)Did it in 4:26!- 150# back squat (current PR is 135#)
- 125# front squat (current PR is 110#)
